Yes, we do offer a pick up option. If you are located in the Greater Toronto Area you can pick up your scroll from our warehouse in Mississauga.

All orders include a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that you receive, once the order has shipped. Please click the link in the email or go to carrier's website and enter your tracking number to see where your order currently is in the shipping route.

That is up to you! The orders can be anonymous or not. We will never show your shipping address as the return address. It will only show our shipping address and the recipient's on the package. We will also never show your email. That is why it is very important to enter YOUR email and the RECIPIENT'S shipping address at checkout. If you want the person to know that it was from you, simply write your name in the message. For example "Love, Stacy."
Yes, the scroll will come in a 14x4x4 inch shipping box with necessary packaging, to ensure the gift arrives in perfect condition.
Once you have selected your scroll, you must select "Customize it" to get to the page where you can write your message and see in real time your scroll design.
You can fit as many words as you like, as long as your text fits within the border of the scroll, in the live preview. We recommend keeping the message under 100 words for optimal readability once printed. If your text does not fit within the scroll border, we can not process your order. Please use the live preview as your guide -- this is exactly how your scroll will be formatted when printed.
Please feel free to write anything you wish on the scrolls. We allow all kinds of fun messages! We also allow profanity. However, we do not allow hateful, harmful, or threatening messages and we will not process these orders. In this instance, we will either cancel your order or ask you to change your message.
