Returns
Due to the personalization of each product, we do not accept returns on the scrolls. However, if your scroll was damaged in transit or you received a scroll that was incorrect from your order, we will provide you with a full refund, if the order was placed within the last 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, you must send a photo of your damaged or incorrect scroll to info@sendascroll.com with the headline "Refund Request: Order Number ######". In the email you must outline the reasoning behind the refund request.
Once your email is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
